At Johnny Slicks, we take pride in the quality of our organic grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement product within 3-5 business days.
